1998 DTDA National Survey of Dance/Drill Team Directors

The purpose of this survey is tri-fold:

    • to establish the needs of our members
    • to establish a useful tool of comparison for directors in terms of pay, duties, experience, and qualifications
    • to assist in the creation of national standards for our industry.
